The Friends of Family Health Center is pleased to announce that we are building a new, 5,000 square foot, state-of-the-art medical facility for adults. The new facility will be in The Barnett Center, located at 501 S. Idaho Street, in the same building as the kids' facility. The adult facility will have 13 fully equipped exam rooms and will use a "paperless" electronic health record system. Friends of Family provides healthcare services to PPO, HMO, Medicare, Medi-Cal, Family PACT, MSI, uninsured, medically underserved and other patients who have no medical home.
Construction is set to begin September 1, 2010, and the doors of the new adult facility will open sometime in January 2011.
